What You’ll Learn in 12 Weeks:
During our time together, we’ll cover 6 modules that will give you the tools and confidence to build a business that fits your life — not the other way around. *indicating guest speaker(s)
Module 1: Vision, Values, Mission & Mindset *
Let’s start with a solid foundation.
Uncover the skills you already have, the business idea that aligns with your unique story. Why do you want to start your own business and where do you see yourself in the future?
Building a strong mindset, and somewhere to return to when limiting beliefs start appearing, will set you up in good stead, giving you confidence as a business owner.
Module 2: Branding Playbook *
Creating your logo, colours and fonts is fun… but branding is so much more than that.
We’ll guide you to understand your business and personal branding, how to set the tone in all your copy (social media posts, blogs, website, newsletter etc), and create a playbook that sets everything out in clear form.
Module 3: Offer Suite *
We’ll work together to craft your signature offer with your unique experience & expertise, deciding upon the pricing strategies and packaging your irresistible services.
Making you confident with your offers that you’ll be speaking about them with conviction, confidence, and poise.
Module 4: Community Marketing *
Let’s tell the world about your business through carefully crafted content, sticking to your content pillars and branding playbook from the previous module.
We’ll also start understanding the basics of email marketing, how to set it up, start collecting emails (all in an ethical way), and create ideas for newsletters.
Module 5: Making Money *
Here we’ll talk about sales funnels, lead-magnets, and how to sell authentically, without being pushy.
I’ll show you how to onboard clients, give you contract templates, and how to take payments by creating invoices and/or payment links.
Module 6: Business Strategy
This will be the handbook to your business.
Drawing upon all the previous modules, you’d have created a handbook as a reference guide for you, or any other individuals that you will bring into your business in the future.
MODULE BONUS * As women, we know that we don’t function the same every week of the month. Within this module, I’ll share with you the techniques I’ve learned on how to align your body/emotions with business tasks – allowing you to be the best version of you every week, and more importantly, to give yourself the time you need.
